Our time with Mark, the hopes, ambitions, prayers we shared for Jacks Basement being a "safe space for people to connect" for the outsider, for those that did not fit, was formative and life-changing.

Mark was always a step ahead somehow... that force of nature the connections he made with people on the street, the old and the infirm, always including, always befriending, a life lived out. 

Memories of Movie nights, Carribean nights, Italian nights, Christmas events, linking in with the Greenwich Arts festival, worship days, grafiti artists, poetry, artworks, musical, mad and wonderful at the same time, the life and the light of the gospel in so many expressions and often.... all at once!

The one who always crossed over to the other side, a man of sorrows and of great joy forever reaching out with love and compassion in his heart.

At last at home, in the right place now.
